| Abstract |
|
We report a case of an 75 year old woman who suffered from severe pain with neuropathic characteristics due to post herpetic neuralgia which was refractory to different convention therapies. The pain was improved by single Botulinum toxin type A injection. The analgesia (burning pain, shooting pain) tasted 2 months. Botulinum toxin injection was effective and was no side effect. |
